After a brief safety and driving orientation, you’ll follow our experienced local guides along dirt trails, shallow rivers and farmland paths surrounded by tropical scenery. Along the way, you’ll pass small villages, palm trees, and open fields where you can really feel the freedom of the open road on your ATV.
We make scenic stops so you can take photos, catch your breath, and enjoy the views. Whether you are a first-timer or already have experience, our team will adjust the pace of the tour so everyone feels safe and has a great time.

Do I need previous ATV experience?
No. You don’t need prior ATV experience, but you should feel comfortable handling a vehicle. Before we start, you’ll receive a safety briefing and driving instructions from our guides.
Do I need a driver’s license?
Drivers should be at least the legal driving age. A valid driver’s license is recommended. Passengers do not need a license and can ride on a shared ATV.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dusty or muddy, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen. You may also bring a bandana or mask for dust.
Is the tour suitable for children?
Children can usually join as passengers as long as they meet the minimum age and height requirements. Drivers must be adults. Contact us if you have questions about your family group.
Is transportation included?
Yes, round-trip transportation is generally included from the main hotel, villa and Airbnb areas in Puerto Plata. Extra fees may apply for distant locations; please ask when booking.

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged in full.
