- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
- No-shows or late arrivals will be charged in full and are not eligible for refunds.

- Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to bad weather or sea conditions.
- In the event of cancellation due to weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
